The DOVER CASTLE INN is a 17th century coaching inn, built around 1640, once owned by the Lord of The Manor and sold to Shepherd and Neame in the 1700's. We pride ourselves on fresh food and fine ales.
Situated in the Village of Teynham, on the main A2 between Sittingbourne and Faversham, we are able to seat 102 people over our 3 restaurant area's. Large party bookings by arrangement - menu's to suit all occasions.
Our food is prepared from the freshest ingredients using local suppliers and includes traditional 'pub dishes' along with steaks, pasta and fresh fish. We bake our own bread, make all of our soups, sauces and stocks and use all fresh vegetables - not frozen.
We open 11am - 11pm and serve food 12 noon - 2.30 lunchtimes and 7pm - 9.30pm evenings. (No food served on sunday nights. )
